Leadership in the Church // 1 Timothy 3:1-13

Oct 8
Every church has a goal: to raise and develop disciples who look more like Christ in all areas of life. But what does that look like? How do we know if we are moving towards or away from that?

Paul tells us in 1 Timothy 3:1 – 13 where he lays out the virtues and qualifications for leaders in the church.

If we don’t get this right, we will struggle to be an Irresistible church. Because as John Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” As we saw on Sunday, a church can only be as healthy and mature as its leaders are.
